Cooper Communities, Inc. has not only been a part of Hot Springs Village since its beginning, it is responsible for the Village’s creation.  After the success of other CCI communities, including Bella Vista Village and Cherokee Village, John A. Cooper Sr. purchased the land now known as Hot Springs Village.  His vision: to build a community for relaxation developed naturally within its landscape for families to enjoy for generations to come.  CCI has been, and continues to be, committed to and supportive of the Village and its property owners every step of the way.
